History Keepers Awarding Ceremony

"Media Voice" awarded the "History Keepers" at "Dedaena Bar". This year, "Media Voice" recognized outstanding citizen journalists and organizations from Georgia for their crucial role in combating disinformation, promoting accurate historical narratives, and fostering civic solidarity.
The opening remarks were delivered by Kevin Hamilton, the Ambassador of Canada to Georgia. The ceremony was attended by journalists, activists, academia, and members of civil society.
The "History Keepers" award, established in 2022, continues to recognize those who significantly contribute to preserving historical integrity through journalism.

Additionally, "Media Voice" launched the Citizen Journalists’ Hub (follow the link: https://c-journalist.media/), a digital platform providing guidelines in Georgian, English, Azerbaijani, Armenian, and sign language. This hub aims to promote collaboration between citizen journalists and established media professionals.
