On September 25, at Tsinandali Estate, the awarding ceremony of “History Keepers” and an online-discussion titled “Solidarity in the Disinformation Era” were organized by the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellow prof. Mariam Gersamia, in cooperation with Media and Communication Educational and Research Center. More than 20 participants from Ukrainian and Georgian media, academia and civic society participated in the discussion. The online discussion focused on countering disinformation during wartime, solidarity towards Ukraine, Ukrainian people and, media engagement in this regard.
The discussion was opened by Mariam Khuroshvili, regional liaison for the EaP Fellowship Programme, the sessions were moderated by the EaP Fellow, Chairwoman of MCERC, prof. Mariam Gersamia and prof. Olena Shevchenko from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The event was planned in collaboration with Ukrainian TV host Roman Dribnoi and presented Sidonia Nun’s and Roman Dribnoi’s latest artistic works/photos about Ukraine. The money raised from the auction will be donated to support the Ukrainian people.
